Happy 5-0 Mom!!

Mom's birthday present from Dad was getting to go to Bobby's last game...and it was double as good when they won!!!
Bobby throwing the flaming spear!

Mom, Mert, Alan, Dad & Philip (with thoughts of me and Jotham)!!

Philip & I got Mom a yummy red velvet cake from Mi Lady Bakery (best bakery in the world...though the Milton Bakery runs a very close second!)

Thanks Mi Lady Crew!

For part of Mom's 50th birthday, some of 'us girls' (that's southern talk) went out for sushi. It was so much fun. Mrs. Cathy and Mrs. Patricia tried it for the first time!! We sure did miss Haley being there with us!! And we missed Ann & Jan, but Mom did get a wonderful birthday song from the Acteens over the phone as they put together their missions fundraiser!

Mom had a special Japanese Ceremony for her birthday...drums and all!! The lady was so excited that she sang the wrong song 1st in Japanese (mind you, we would not have know if she sang Achy Breaky Heart or Happy Birthday in Japanese), but she felt bad and told us she sang the wrong song and then started over again. It was so special.

Mom blowing out the candle on her orange pineapple boat! What fun!!

Nature Walk with Ashley

"Help!! Get me out of this coat!! I can't move my arms or legs!!!"

Me, Ashley & Jotham brought in the New Year together!! What fun...oh how our God made/makes provision for us that we do not deserve.

We decided to take a fun nature walk together...it was very cold and windy!! Here's the pond that filled up from all the wonderful rain.

And of course, you're not in south Georgia without a peacan tree or two.

Jotham in his BabyBjorn...trying to stay warm!!

Jotham's 1st Christmas!

Jotham got a monkey pacifier holder and he loves monkeys...he's cuddling with it...how sweet!
He was amazed by this pink ducky that I got in my stocking because it lights up...doesn't take much...he loves lights!

Our Christmas present! Thank you God!

Jotham got his first ball (of sorts)...it's a rattle with a ball inside a ball. He loves to grab onto it and swing it around, but it is a bit heavy for now.

He got a rubber ducky for bath time from Mommy & Daddy and he loves it so much...who doesn't love rubber duckies?!

He got Elmo too and he's not sure yet...sometimes he throws Elmo down but sometimes he likes him ok.

This is him looking at one of the ornaments he made...He likes the shiny bluuuuuuuuue...ooooooooooh!
