Jotham's 1st Vvsit to EBC
We were so blessed to get to visit our family at Ellendale Baptist Church while in Memphis, TN. They have been continually so supportive of us and the work in S. Asia. We are so blessed by them.

So much fun with the Greene's!! What a blessing they are to us!
We were so thrilled to get to visit our family in Fairdale, KY who have so faithfullly prayed for us. Words cannot express the joy our hearts felt during that sweet time of reunion. We do wish we could have stayed much longer, but we are so thankful for the time. We got to meet the Greene boys for the first time also...above are Jotham and Eli
Special visit to SBTS

Jotham got to go into the archives at SBTS with his "Uncle" Jason. We were so excited to see Jason & Michele and to finally meet their son Russ for the first time!!! We wish the time wasn't so short!!! Jason & Michele kept us so encouraged on our hardest days while we were in S. Asia...we love you guys!!

Ouchie!!
Jotham went to see Dr. Stewart yesterday and got a great report. He now weighs 8lbs 10oz and is 22in long. In 5 weeks he gained about 2lbs and grew about 3in! He is still well under the growth curve for his age, however, he is growing and getting proper nutrition and she feels he will catch up soon enough. He has now surpassed both his mother and father's birth weight, but he still has some growing to do to catch up with his Uncle Alan who was a 9lb 4oz baby!!! He's still in newborn diapers and clothes, but it's a far stretch from preemie XS diapers! God is good!!
He got 6 vaccines yesterday (one by mouth, but the others, as you can see by the picures were shots). I appropriately dressed him in his "mommy's little hero" suit because I told him he would be my hero and do a great job getting his shots and he did. He was very pleasant until the sticks came then he let out a loud yelp, but he calmed down really quickley after and went back to sleep. So, I told him he was Mommy's Hero today!
The funny thing was he might have yelled just as loud right after this picture was taken when daddy had to rip the band-aids off! I'm not sure which hurt worse, the shot or taking the band-aid off??!!
